Based on long term and Midterm Maintenance plan and Annual Work Schedule (AWS), Prepare Annual, Monthly, Weekly Work Plans and schedules, Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to plan maintenance activities without impacting production, Prioritize maintenance tasks based on criticality, safety, resource availability and operational requirements, Create, track and manage work orders in the maintenance management system, Ensure that all work orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner, Maintain records of completed work for reporting and future reference, Determine the backlog for the development of timely and precise work orders and schedules, Knowledge and ability to evaluate all work orders to be planned / scheduled, understanding the need to get the correct resources, equipment, work instructions and parts identified prior to scheduling the work to optimise the wrench time, utilize previous repair history, condition monitoring data and personnel feedback to ensure the appropriate scope of work is developed., Schedule based on the resource availability and lead job plan discussions with all stakeholders Support the development, implementation, and regular review of mechanical section’s management & maintenance policies, procedures, and systems to ensure consistent & systematic application of best practices and to improve operational performance, Communicate the approved operational procedures and instructions to the maintenance team and monitor them adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
