Requirements:

7-9 years of experience in maintenance, troubleshooting of rotating equipment’s in oil and gas, refinery or petrochemical industries including 5 years’ experience in overhauling and maintaining of Heavy-Duty reciprocating gas compressor and its auxiliaries.

Job Description:

Perform overhaul and carryout breakdown maintenance of reciprocating gas, Hands on experience in replacements of main bearings, connecting rod bearings etc, cylinder valves Piston rings, rider rings, piston rods, lube oil pumps etc. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals. Ability to perform corrective maintenance to address compressor mal functions. Hands on experience on shaft alignments, lubrication sealings, and inspection of mechanical components of reciprocating gas compressor. Prepare tools, materials, and spare parts as per maintenance schedules. Prepare accurate and detailed commissioning reports, maintenance records, and documentation of all activities, performed and generate reports on system for the equipment performance, maintenance findings, and recommended improvements, Knowledge of protocols and hazard analysis techniques to prevent accidents and ensure safe working environment. Maintenance of gas reciprocating compressor packages according to design specifications and manufacturer guidelines. Familiarity with safety systems and compliance with industry standards (API, ASME etc). Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to the compressor package performance, efficiency, and reliability
