* 10 – 15 years experience in Oil & Gas industry

* 5 years as managerial or supervisory role

Minimum Qualification

·        Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

·        Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems

 

Job Description

Payroll Management

  • Supervise payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain and update payroll systems and employee compensation records
  • Preparation of Payroll including pensions and EOSB of employees and submission of report to management
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Laws & regulations
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve errors
  • Collaborate with finance for audits and budget planning

 

Personnel Affairs

  • Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance
  • Manage personnel files, contracts, and documentation in line with legal requirements
  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee development plans
  • Address employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and HR policies
  • Coordinate with HR on recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee data

 

Skills

·     Familiarity with labour laws and tax regulations

·     Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

·     Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion

·     Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration

·     Excellent organizational and communication skills
